Auction Information

Auctions take place twice per year in May and November. The catalogue is issued 4 weeks prior to the auctionsale.

The auction takes place on a voluntary basis and with the exception of own lots in other names and for the account of others, against immediate cash payment in EURO-West.

The minimum raising is as follows:

     up to EUR    50,-   EUR   2,-
     up to EUR   200,-   EUR   5,-
     up to EUR   500,-   EUR  10,-
     up to EUR  1000,-   EUR  20,-
     up to EUR  2000,-   EUR  50,-
     up to EUR  5000,-   EUR 100,-
     up to EUR 10000,-   EUR 200,-
     above               EUR 500,-

The purchaser shall pay the auctioneer a commission of 18% on the hammer price plus a fee of EUR 1,50 per lot. Postage and insurance are charged to the purchaser at cost. All these charges are subject to V.A.T. at the rate of 19%. This also applies to overseas customers.

For all lots marked „x“ an additional 7% sales- or import tax is due, these will be invoiced with lots purchased. The sales- or import tax of 7% is not invoiced for dealers within the EEC with a VAT-ldentification-Number and for buyers from Non-EEC countries, where the purchase is sent direct to their home address abroad.
